One of Amazon’s most anticipated and awaited web series, Jack Ryan is all set to release on 31st August 2018, exclusively on Amazon Prime Video. The web-series is based on Tom Clancy’s novel and stars John Krasinski.
In the series, the protagonist, Jack Ryan, is an analyst. Hence, we decided to launch a campaign called as the #PrimeAnalyst Campaign. The audience was tricked into believing that Amazon Prime was hiring an Analyst and had specific requirements for the position. An actual job was posted in a smart way on Amazon’s website, and this singularly got us over 1 K entries. Just one day prior to the trailer launch, we revealed that the actual analyst was none other than Jack Ryan.
The total potential reach of this campaign was 8.7 K. The campaign got an engagement of over 1.8 K on Facebook with about 60 K views. The Instagram story received a humongous response as the total impressions was over 85 K with total views over 70.9 K. The campaign did fairly well on Twitter as it garnered over 16.5 K views with engagement over 435, along with 118 Retweets. Not just on Facebook and Twitter, the campaign got a good response on Instagram as well where it received an engagement of over 6.3 K.
Following this, we launched the Jack Ryan trailer on 12th June 2018. The trailer got a total of 13 K views on Facebook and YouTube. On Twitter, the trailer was viewed by over 4.5 K viewers. The engagement received for the trailer was over 110 on Facebook, 238 on Twitter, and 357 on Instagram. The total number of views garnered was over 2.6 K on Instagram.
To conclude, the #PrimeAnalyst campaign has done wonders for Jack Ryan and has created a buzz around the trailer that’s facilitated trailer views!
