As the story is about a living hockey legend and the triumph of the human spirit, we crafted a campaign that’ll surely give you an adrenaline rush. We started talking about Indian Hockey. Through these activities, we were able to create an environment to launch the contest #MeraSoorma. In this contest, we invited users to send the inspirational stories of the Soorma in their own lives. After the entries, we started commemorating the real-life Soormas.
We knew our campaign crossed every boundary when the master-blaster Sachin Tendulkar spoke about his appreciation for Soorma. To keep the spirit high, we created countdown posts for the launch of the film. Right after the film launch, we posted video reviews by the famous film critics.
While promoting the film, we also cheered the Indian hockey team. Overall, it was a well-rounded campaign that celebrates courage through its communication!
